The rate includes:

wi-fi internet in the whole B&B and use of the

use of the dining room and of the living room with TV, stereo and piano
Not included:
2,30 euro city tax per adult per night
Payment upon arrival in cash or in advance by, card, bank transfer or Satispay
Check-in time: to be agreed upon a few days before your stay, possibly before 12 or after 18
the B&B is family run and we don't have a 24-hour reception
